Due to all products being handmade, no two products are identical and there may be slight variations between each product.
All payments are processed using PayPal’s secure online payment processing.  You can pay for your Mayalma products through PayPal, regardless of whether you have a PayPal account or not.  At our checkout you’ll be transferred to PayPal to make the payment and be returned to Mayalma to complete your order. We aim to have all goods dispatched within 2 working days. All orders are shipped via ParcelForce. We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. However, if you have a specific requirement to have your order shipped outside of the UK please contact us.
We want you to be happy with the items you receive from Mayalma.  If for any reason you’re not, we are happy for you to return your items within 14 days of receiving your original order.  Refunds will only be given on items that are returned as new in their original packaging.  The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. To request a return please contact us.

If a product has been damaged, please return the product to us within 14 days and we will provide a refund or a replacement. We cannot provide the cost of shipping for any items returned.
